Bruine Bonen Soep
Ingredients:
250 g of dried red beans, soaked for 1-2 hours, set aside
500 g veal ribs
2 cloves garlic, crushed, chopped finely
1 pc onion, roughly chopped
3 pcs tomatoes, sliced
5 stalk of green onion, sliced crosswise rough
2 stalk celery, sliced
1 btr nutmeg, crushed
1/2 tsp pepper
2 liters of water, to boil
2 tsp salt (to taste)
2 tablespoon margarine, for sauteing
2 tablespoon fried onions, for topping

How to Make Bruine
Bonen Soep:
Boil beans until half cooked, remove and drain.
Boil the beef ribs, nutmeg and salt with red bean cooking water. Cook the ribs until half cooked and enter the red beans. Cooking back ribs and red beans until cooked and soft.Saute the onion, garlic and tomatoes until fragrant. Enter into the broth, add the sliced celery, scallions, and pepper. Cook until all ingredients are cooked. Lift.
Serve while hot and sprinkle with fried onions.
