How To Make Mun Tofu, Chinesse Recipe



Ingredients Mun Tofu:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 cm ginger, sliced
150 g of minced beef
250 ml of water
2 tablespoons chili sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon pepper
3 pieces of tofu, cut into cubes
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
 How to Make Mun Tofu:

     Heat oil and saute garlic and ginger until fragrant.
     Put minced meat, stir-fry until the meat changes color.
     Add water, soy sauce input, oyster sauce, chili sauce and tofu.
     Boil and cook until absorbed.
     Put leeks and stir well.
     Pour the cornstarch solution. Stir until thick.
     Remove and serve warm.
