Beef Mushroom Burger



Ingredients to Make Beef Mushroom Burger:

2 tablespoons butter
Burger:
1 tbsp butter
50 g onion, chopped
100 g champignon mushrooms, cut into small
250g minced beef
1 tbsp flour
1 egg yolk
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 tsp salt
Supplementary Ingredients Burger:

     french fries
     bbq sauce
     vegetable salad

How to make Mushroom Beef burger:

     Saute onion until wilted.
     Enter the mushrooms, stirring until wilted and browned. Remove and let cool.
     Stir all ingredients with sauteed mushrooms until blended.
     Form dough into a flat round circle.
     Melt the butter, cook the burgers until cooked on both sides. Lift.
     Serve with a complement
