TOFU
Ingredients
250 g Tofu, pure it
100 g margarine
1 pc onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
100 g flour
400 ml milk
5 egg yolks
1 pc carrot, finely shaved
5 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
100 g grated cheese
250 g Tofu, pure it

How to Make:
Heat margarine. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Enter the flour. Stir until browned.
Pour the milk gradually, stirring constantly. Once bubbling, put the egg yolks, salt and pepper. Stir well. Enter the tofu and carrots. Stir briefly and remove from heat. Add egg white and grated cheese. Stir well.
Prepare a fire resistant dish that has been buttered and raise with the help of paper. Put the mixture. Bake until golden brown.
