How to make Goat Curry
Ingredients to Make Curry
Goats:
500 g mutton, cut into small pieces about 2cm
250 ml thick coconut milk
1 tbsp oil for sauteing
3 cm cinnamon
1 piece deaf / star anise
3 grains of cloves
2 grains of cardamom
1 tomato, thinly sliced
1 tsp salt
For the mashed spice Make Goats Curry:
4 cloves of garlic
6 spring onions
7 red chilies
1 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric
1 tbsp coriander, fry without oil
1/2 teaspoon anise, fry without oil

to Make Goats Curry:
Heat oil and saute ground spices, cinnamon, deaf, cloves, and cardamom until fragrant.
Enter the goat meat, stir briefly. Add coconut milk, tomatoes, and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat cooked and tender and the sauce has thickened. If the meat is still tough, add a little water, and cook again until the meat is tender. then Remove and serve.
