Steamed Tofu Quaker
Ingredients:
100 grams QUAKER OAT INSTANT
2 tablespoons non-dairy creamer powder (can be replaced with skim milk powder)
100 ml warm water
1 pc know china, puree
10 pieces of straw mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 pieces of red chilli, thinly sliced
3 cloves of garlic
1 stalk lemongrass, white part, thinly sliced
1 leek, thinly sliced
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
100 grams QUAKER OAT INSTANT

Cara Membuat Quaker Tahu Kukus :
- Campur creamer atau susu skim dengan air hangat. Aduk hingga rata. Sisihkan.
- Campur tahu yang sudah dihaluskan dengan QUAKER OAT INSTANT, larutan creamer, dan semua sisa bahan, aduk rata.
- Masukkan adonan tahu ke dalam pinggan tahan panas. Kukus selama 15 menit hingga matang. Angkat dan sajikan.
