Young Corn Sauteed



Young Corn Sauteed Cooking Ingredients:

     100 g baby corn, cut 2 lengthwise
     100 grams of peeled shrimp
     2 large red pepper, sliced
​​lengthwise
     1/4 onion, sliced
​​lengthwise
     2 garlic cloves, geprek, chopped
     50-75 ml chicken stock
     salt
     granulated sugar
     pepper
     1 tbsp oil, for frying

How to make Sauteed Corn Young:

     Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
     Enter the shrimp, stirring until it changes color.
     Add peppers and baby corn.
     Pour chicken broth and seasonings.
     Cook briefly over high heat, until the corn is mature enough.
     (Take care not to overly wilted)
