Green Noodles
Green Noodles Ingredients:
250 g of dry mustard noodles, ready to buy
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 pieces of red chilli, finely sliced
1 tbsp tauco
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tsp salt
100 g cabbage, cut into 3 cm
250 g of dry mustard noodles, ready to buy

How to make Green
Noodles:
Boil noodles in enough water until soft. Remove and drain.
Sauté garlic until golden and fragrant.
Enter the chilli, stir until wilted.
Add tauco and other seasonings.
Insert mustard leaves, stir briefly.
Pour a little water, and put mi.
Stir until smooth and somewhat dry.
Remove and serve warm.
