How To Make Brownies
ingredients
• Eggs 6 eggs
• 225 grams of sugar
• Pasta Brown
• Salt to taste
• Emulsifier 1 tsp
• 125 grams of flour, sifted, mix with cocoa powder
• 50 grams of brown powder, sifted, mix with flour
• Sweetened Condensed Milk (SKM) 75 ml
• Cooking oil 175ml
• Cooking Dark Chocolate 100 grams, melted, mixed with oil
How to make
1. Beat eggs sugar, emulsifiers, salt and brown pasta until fluffy and stiff.
2. Enter the flour mixture and cocoa powder. Stir gently until blended.
3. Enter the oil and brown the mixture is melted, stirring until blended.
4. Set aside a third of the dough, give the sweetened condensed milk and stir well.
For 2 batter without condensed milk, part I steamed for 10 minutes, add the
SKM dg dough for 10 minutes, the last batter rest enter without
SKM, continue steaming for approximately 20 minutes. Lift.
Tips making Brownies:
• The dough eggs, sugar and emulsifier should be shaken until it was stiff
• Kukusan must be really hot when the dough put in the steamer.
• Do not forget to wrap steamer cover with clean towel so that the water does not go down the steamer and wet cake is steamed
• steaming using medium heat, causing a fire that is too big to be a bumpy surface brownies and perforated holes
