How To Make Stroberri Ice Cream
Ingredients for Ice Cream Stroberri:
475 ml cream
1 tablespoon skim milk, dilute with 125 ml water
4 btr egg
100 g caster sugar
1 teaspoon strawberry extract
100 g strawberries, puree
1/2 tsp vanilla
How to Make Ice Cream Stroberri:
Mix strawberries, strawberry extract to the cream and fluid milk. Stir well and jerang over low heat, stirring constantly. If air bubbles are out, lift.
Mix eggs, sugar, and vanilla, beat until white. Then, pour the mixture into the pan of milk and fruit on top. Then heated again, stirring until thickened. Remove and pour into a plastic container. Chill.
Keep in the freezer for 3 hours. Stir once an hour with the mixer to prevent ice crystallization. Do it until about 4 times.
Serve food in an interesting place. Encourage your children to decorate with wafer or colorful candies.
